Leonard Machine Company is ISO Compliant and has been continuously in business for 20 years as a machining part manufacturer. We employ a full time Engineer as a member of our company’s staff. Leonard Machine also maintains total quality records and uses in process trackers to identify quality compliance. The Company has a published Employee Policy and Procedure Manual. Employee evaluations are conducted regularly and records are maintained. We also maintain current and accurate employee position descriptions. The Company maintains product liability insurance with a minimum level of $1,000,000.00.
