Planning & Design

In most instances, we machine parts from customer supplied prints. These prints may be mailed, faxed or attached to an e-mail transmission in AutoCAD or JPEG format.

If you need assistance in designing a particular part, we are very capable in assisting you with your idea. We will do the engineering and design to come up with drawings, working prototypes, and/or full production quantities. Each proposed design is evaluated and includes a review of production and quality requirements. From there a production plan is formulated and a price can be quoted.

All designs are saved and stored for recall anytime a replacement component or design change is required. This helps speed the delivery of additional parts or repair parts in an emergency.
